Warranty policy
Limited Warranty
All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with current consumer protection laws. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that exist at the time of delivery.

What is covered
If your product shows signs of a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect printing, structural damage not caused by use, or adhesion issues with a screen protector), we will either repair, replace, or refund the product – at our discretion and free of charge.

What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, faded prints, frayed edges, etc.)
Accidental damage (drops, impacts, water exposure)
Improper use, modification or mishandling of the product
Products damaged due to use with incompatible accessories
Please note that cosmetic damage due to everyday use – such as minor surface marks or discoloration – is not considered a defect.

How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your item is defective and covered by warranty, please contact us via our contact form. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear pictures showing the problem.

We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Rights
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. In the event of any conflicts, Swedish law applies.
