Free shipping on all orders
Any taxes and fees that may be added to your order may be charged by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on your location and is 3–9 business days.
RETURN ADDRESS
All returns are sent directly to the supplier.

MISTAKES AND MISSING GOODS
In case of incorrect delivery or missing goods, please contact customer service at the following email address: info@d-joy.se and we will help you with the matter within 24 hours during weekdays (excluding holidays).
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
We at D-joy reserve the right to charge the handling costs that arise from undelivered packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 199 if the package is not collected. The shipment is held by the post office for 7 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the goods, you must first collect the package and then return it as described above. Undelivered packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
DELAYED PACKAGE
If the packages cannot be delivered within the agreed time from our warehouse, the consumer shall be informed without delay of the reason for the delay and informed of a new delivery time. The consumer shall then have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the delivery time was of significant importance. If the delay is due to the postal service, the matter shall be handled by the responsible shipping company.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You as a customer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). The withdrawal period begins on the day you collect or receive the goods at the delivery point or the day you receive the delivery in the mailbox. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify D-joy clearly within 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the goods to the supplier at your own expense. Products with broken packaging have no right of withdrawal and any shipping costs are paid by the customer. Contact support for all return matters.
