SHIPPING FEES

The shipping fee is displayed in the checkout when you place your order.

Any taxes and fees that may be added to your order may be charged by customs and are the customer's responsibility.

MISTAKES AND MISSING GOODS

In the event of a misdelivery or missing goods, please contact customer service at the following email: info@d-joy.se and we will assist you with the matter within 24 hours during weekdays (excluding holidays).

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
We at D-joy reserve the right to charge the costs for the handling that arise from uncollected packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 199 if the package is not collected. The shipment is with the postal service for 7 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the goods, you must first collect the package and then return it as described above. Undelivered packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

DELAY OF PACKAGE

If he packages cannot be delivered within the agreed time from our warehouse, the consumer shall be informed without delay of the reason for the delay and informed of a new delivery time. The consumer then has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the delivery time was of significant importance. Should the delay be due to the postal service, the matter shall be handled by the responsible shipping company.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You as a customer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing on the Internet in accordance with the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Agreements. The cancellation period begins on the day you collect or receive the goods at the delivery point or the day you receive the delivery in the mailbox. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify D-joy of this clearly within 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the goods to the supplier at your own expense. Products with broken packaging have no right of cancellation and any shipping costs are paid by the customer. Contact support for all return matters

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
